Kem's House Inc., Early Intervention Program is an academically enriched Intervention Program.

Our goal is to help our toddlers develop the cognitive skills needed to successfully meet each developmental milestone.

 We specialize in helping the following toddlers in our Early Intervention Program:

• Children with Disabilities (e.g. Developmental Delayed, Autism, Down Syndrome etc.).

• Toddlers who are struggling to meet their development milestones.

• Ages 2 to 4 years old.

 

Our Early Intervention Tutors use the Multisensory Teaching Approach to instruct our students.  Multisensory Teaching Approach is a teaching method that encompasses the following:

• Kinesthetic  (movement) 
• Tactile  (touching)
• Visual (seeing)
• Auditory (hearing)

We also, provide the following services:

•  We will pre-test and develop an Individualized Educational Action Plan which consist of goals and objectives. The developed goals and objectives will be implemented in your child's tutoring sessions, The goals/objectives can be implemented at home, and can be shared with your child's daycare center for implementation purposes.
  
• We give suggestions and even write goals and/or objectives for your child's annual IEP, that will be the same goals, and/or objectives implemented in your child's tutoring sessions.  The purpose for this service is to ensure that our students are getting the necessary help needed in their deficit area(s).

• We assist parents and guardians with understanding the IEP process.

• We collaborate with your child's P.T., O.T. and/or Speech Therapist in order to ensure that your child is receiving the extra practice and help needed to master their cognitive milestones. 

•  We guide parents and guardians through the process of getting needed services to help with academic/cognitive, speech/language, and motor skills development.
